8 color inline flexographic printing machine is designed for paper Materia and PP Woven sack. Each printing color group of the inline flexographic printing press is independent of each other and arranged in a horizontal line. A common transmission shaft can be used to drive the printing unit between the units, or each printing group can also be directly driven by a servo motor. When printing, the substrate advances in the horizontal direction, and printing of each color is completed in sequence. This model can perform single-color, multi-color, single- and double-sided multi-color printing.

Main Features  

◊ The whole machine is controlled by PLC and equipped with an online detection system that can detect printing quality defects in real time.

◊ Each group of printing units shares a transmission shaft and is driven by high-precision gears, or use servo drive, each printing group is driven by an independent servo motor.

◊ The unwinding adopts hydraulic loading, which is suitable for paper and other materials, or shaftless unwinding can be selected, and the maximum unwinding diameter reaches 1500mm.

◊ The unwinding part uses a 3/4/6-inch air shaft to clamp the material, a magnetic powder brake controls the tension, and an automatic tension controller adjusts the tension.

◊ An automatic web guide system ensures that the material runs in a straight line and the material does not deviate.

◊ single doctor blade with ceramic anilox roller transfer ink, diaphragm pump circulate ink, Ink volume is stable.

◊ Each group of printing units is equipped with an independent drying oven, which is electrically heated for drying, with fast drying speed and good drying quality.

◊ The vertical and horizontal color registration is manually adjusted, and an automatic color registration system can also be installed according to customer requirements.

◊ A flip frame can be installed according to customer needs to achieve double-sided printing, as well as optional functions such as non-stop material change and UV drying.

◊ The rewinding uses an air shaft to clamp the material, friction rewinding, and the tension is controlled by a high-precision air pressure valve.
